The Navigate Cornelius Comprehensive Master Plan objectives include the following:

Create a document that takes general goals and principles regarding the future of Cornelius and develops them into a “living” strategic implementation plan.

Basis for annual budgetary requests and serve as a tool to evaluate new development projects

Form a framework for infrastructure planning

Evaluate regional implications
