The Kick-off Phase was a 2 month process lasting from March until the end of April.  It was completed with a kick-off meeting on April 28th at Bethel Presbyterian Church.  Read the Phase 1 Presentation to the Town Board.   

What did we accomplish?

1. Communicated and Educated the Public on the Plan Process
   
2. Developed transparent and effect tools to effectively communicate plan progress
