Plan Phase took place from September 2010 until June 2011. The Theme Committees appointed by the Steering Committee evaluated model communities across the country to determine goals and objectives for each committee.
What the Theme Committees did?
- Developed guiding principles for each theme group after committees met
- Evaluated Land Use/Zoning Code to see where deficiencies in goals existed
What was accomplished in the Plan Phase?
- Report/Adoption of Phase 4 report by Town Board of Commissioners
- General Guiding Principles for each theme group.
