The Implementation phase is a Process scheduled to last from June-September 2011.  This phase will take the goals created in the Plan Phase to Action Items in this phase.

What wil be accomplished during the Implementation Phase?

• Strategy/Implementation Display board will be created to identify specific recommendations and Fiscal Year to accomplish
• Action items that can be incorporated into the annual budget process each year to move the Town in the direction that is identified within the plan.
